Haunted Places

Ok. I'm back! Had dental work, so didn't get to post. So lets get going.
Lets talk about HAUNTED PLACES.

You know you are not alone. There is no sound and nothing you can see, but it is like the room is breathing. There is a heaviness you can't explain except with abstract words like "sorrow" or "melancholy" maybe even "uneasiness". Investigations too wrapped up in science might laugh at you or ask you to move on to the next detail, but the moment should not be overlooked.

Study of the paranormal has shifted from a psychic to an instrumental science-based field, and with the change of approach, an important aspect of ghostly experiences has been tossed aside. Many hauntings begin with simply feeling something or the feeling of being watched.

As an investigator you should always note these feelings and ask witnesses about them if they don't mention them. The feeling of a place can have a dramatic effect on someones mood, and some theorize it might even play on their personality. Haunted places have been known to change a person. At the very least, that energy can often be felt, almost as if you are reliving a moment of a violent or emotional event.

There are so many HAUNTED PLACES...houses(old and new), theaters, hospitals, certain "spots" in the outdoors, and sometimes it's not the "place" it's whats "in" the place. Such as objects...an old chair, blanket just about anything that someone may have loved when they where living.

As with any investigation. Do your homework!! Be sure you know the history of a place you may be wanting to check out. History is key. But all of you know that.

Next post, we talk pacific places.
