So, I plan on talking about cemeteries most of this week. Just giving you a heads up. The above pics were taken on a friend of mines property. His daughter was having a sixteenth birthday and wanted to go ghost hunting. So, I said ok. My friend has this old old cemetery located in the middle of some woods down on his property in Walnut Bend, Tx. He told me about it so we decided to go check it out.
After all the cake and ice cream, we loaded up about 10 girls and off we went. I explained there would be no goofing around, or saying anything bad, that we would respect those who live here. They all agreed but where scared to death!
As we walked around, we began to notice that almost ALL the graves where those of children or babies. But we could only find like one set of parents. Because of the dates(back in the 1800's) we guessed it must have been like a foster home where the two adults took in babies and children.
We began to walk around and the girls were so scared they huddled together and didn't say a word. lol You could not have pulled them apart if you tried! So, I told them to talk out loud, like they were talking to children. Ask them if they are happy we are here, or if they wanted to play, or talk. So the girls started asking all kinds of questions that you would ask children. They did so good! The first pic is that AFTER we started talking out loud and the second was taken just minutes before when the girls were so quite. See, to me the children were so happy we were there. They probably hadn't had anyone come to see them in a really long time.
There are so many orbs in the first pic. I was really surprised because we had not walked yet in the area the photo was taken so we couldn't have stirred up any dust or dirt. And thank you girls, for the respect you showed. I think they(girls) all felt pretty good after we left and maybe had a better understanding of what the afterlife might be like.
We had a great night and what a great place to visit. May the children and the set of foster parents rest in peace.
